Abstract
This study aimed to determine thebacteria isolation of microbial
population of enterotoxigenic from beef meat. Food safety is an
important concern that has increased in international trade. Outbreaks
of food-borne pathogens are one of the important things that leads to
illness and death. The eating of contamination foods with pathogenic
bacteria and their products such as toxins and enzymes leading to
serious diseases. Then identificationmicrobes isolation from
enterotoxigenic bacteria from beef meat by standard microbial
techniques. To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of traditional oil in
syzygiumaromaticum and antimicrobial susceptibility compared with
commercial antibiotic disc on the maximum activity than antibiotics
against all test pathogens. Also the Syzygiumaromaticum flower buds
oil has most effective antimicrobial activity. So this oil may use as antibiotics with proper
development and may develop preservative and therapeutic options for treatment of targeting
multidrug resistant organisms.
