Abstract

Diagnostic hysteroscopy is an endoscopic examination of the uterus that allows visual exploration of the cervico-isthmic outlet, the endometrium and the tubal ostia. Diagnostic hysteroscopy has been performed in the obstetrics gynecology department of the Mohamed V military hospital in Rabat since its creation in 1999.
