Abstract
Testosterone production is one target for many scientists Because of its
critical role as a key sex hormone in males, testosterone production is
one objective for many scientists. Testosterone boosting and protecting
testosterone production is the goal of many scientists. Since 1991,
numerous in vivo and basic studies have demonstrated a link between
testosterone and ginger (Zingiber officinale). However, not all of these
links have been confirmed. The effects of ginger and ginger extract on
testosterone are discussed and summarised in this article. References
from relevant published articles were also checked where applicable.
In conclusion, the bulk of studies on ginger and testosterone show that
men who use ginger supplements create higher testosterone, particularly in instances of
oxidative stress.) synthesis, increased testicular cholesterol levels, decreased testicular
oxidative stress, andLipid peroxidation, improved antioxidant enzyme activity, blood sugar
normalisation, and increased blood flow. It raises testicular weight and reuses testosterone
receptors in the testis. The effects of ginger on testosterone in people, however, have yet to be
verified. Clinical trials are thus required in the context of this study.
