*Rajashri R. Dhonnar, Mrs. Mona Y. Agarwal, Dr. Yogesh Agarwal
. Abstract In Ayurveda, it is mentioned that multiple herbs are used in a defined proportion to treat illness. A polyherbal formulation is a formulation that contains two or more herbal drugs which act as active constituents and can show beneficial effects. The polyherbal formulation contains numerous phytoconstituents which give improved effect with pharmacological efficiency and minimum toxic effect. Dried extracts of Azadirachta Indica (Neem), vitex negundo (Nirgundi), and murraya koenigii (curry leaves) are used as active ingredients in the formulation. Prepare F1, F2, and F3 formulations by using base ingredients e.g., Cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, cinnamon oil, clove oil, potassium hydroxide, glycerin, methyl paraben, propyl paraben, water, and plant extracts as an active ingredient. All prepared formulations were examined for in vitro antifungal activity against fungal strains namely candida albicans, aspergillus niger, aspergillus niger, aspergillus flavus, and penicillin funiollism. The results show that the F3 formulation shows a maximum zone of inhibition against Aspergillus flavus and the F2 formulation how activity against three fungi candida albicans, aspergillus niger, and Aspergillus flavus. According to the results, it concluded that we can use polyherbal formulation against some fungal infections. Keywords: Polyherbal Formulation, Neem, Nirgundi, Curry Leaves, Antifungal Activity.
