exhibited a significant protective effect against seizures induced by
MES and PTZ in a dose-dependent manner. Control laboratories. The
study demonstrated that PGFJ extract has significant potential as an
alternative therapeutic option for the treatment of epilepsy. The results
also suggest that PGFJ extract can be used as an adjunct to
conventional antiepileptic drugs to enhance their therapeutic efficacy.
