Abstract
The Ayurvedic traditional literature includes several treatises that were
created throughout antiquity that describe various techniques and
medications. Because they are in charge of the body‟s general
equilibrium, drugs are essential for therapeutic purposes. The initial
Charak Samhitha is divided into sections called as sutrasthan or
shloksthan, Eight segments. The drugs are covered in four chapters
referred as as The sutrasthan refers to Bheshajachatushka or
Aushadhachatushka. Prescription drugs Based on their
pharmacological and pharmacotherapeutic properties are grouped
below Properties. Medications are classified using the Mahakashaya
system, which is based on Karmas is broken down into fifty categories.
The krimighan Mahakashaya The group of drugs deemed to be effective in the management
of Krimi.Ancient Ayurvedic classics regularly refer to "Krimi" as a cause of a number of
pathological diseases, including anaemia, vomiting, headaches, and weight loss. Krimi can be
external or internal. Internally focused. Ancient sources describe the Krimi as being roughly
like the helminths or bacteria described in the current discussion. Ayurveda has suggested
specific medications for particular Krimi. by Acharya Charaka referred to a ten-plant group
having therapeutic qualities known as the Krimighna, sometimes referred to as Krimighna
Mahakashya. At the end It has been noted that plants in this group have particular They act
through rasa, guna, veerya, vipaka, and prabhava. Those are used commonly in clinical
practise as a single medication or with combinations. They are extensively used in clinical practise as single drugs or as mixtures. Here, an effort has been made to analyse the Krimi and Krimighna critically Both individually and collectively.
