Abstract
Urolithiasis is the most common urinary tract problem in general population. It is treated conservatively as well as surgically. For conservative purpose, forced diuresis is suitable treatment for obstructing calculus in ureter, vesical. In Ayurveda, it can be correlated with Mutrashmari. Aacharya Sushruta has well described the disease Mutrashmari & its treatment. According to Aacharya Sushruta prior to treatment Snehan should be done. Ghrita, Kshar, Kashaya, Ksheer, Uttarbasti is the line of treatment. Aim of this study is to see the combined effect of Uttarbasti and forced diuresis in vesical calculus.
