Abstract
Aahar is the essential prerequisite for each living organism. Thus, in
Ayurveda it is thought of as one of the Trayaupasthamba for example
three point of support alongside Nidra and Bhramacharya. Aahar is
required for digestion of body. Taking quality food isn't barely enough
for sound state, there are numerous thing connected with aahar which
ought to be appropriate for keeping up with the strength of a person.
Out of them is Ashtavidha Aahar Vidhi Visheshayatan and Aahar vidhi
vidhan. Ashtavidha is eight, Aahar is food, vidhi is strategy, vishesh is
pecular and ayatan is home. Ashta vidha aahar vidhi vishesh ayatan
incorporates Prakriti (nature), Karana (handling), Samyoga (mix),
Rashi (amount), Desha (place), kala (time), Upayoga-Samstha (rules
for use) and Upayoktra (purchaser). Aahar vidhi vidhan is technique
for taking feasts. However food is eaten day to day and is the
