Abstract

Substances with strong anticancer properties. These substances were produced via bioactivity- and This review article focuses on recent work done in my lab that involved the isolation and characterisation of numerous classes of action-directed mechanisms, as well as their modification and synthesis using logical drug design. Studies on structural alteration, the link between structure and activity, and mechanisms of action will be covered. Globally, cancer is one of the leading causes of death, making the development of novel anticancer medications the most pressing need today. For more than 50 years, natural remedies have been acknowledged as useful in the battle against many diseases, including cancer.
