EMPOWERING PHARMACOKINETICS: REDEFINING BIOAVAILABILITY OF NANOSUSPENSION FOR THERAPEUTIC OUTCOME

. Abstract Nanosuspensions have emerged as a promising solution to the challenges associated with delivering poorly water-soluble drugs. These sub-micron colloidal dispersions offer a versatile platform for enhancing drug solubility, bioavailability, and therapeutic efficacy across various routes of administration. In this review, we comprehensively examine the applications, benefits, challenges, and future perspectives of Nanosuspensions in drug delivery & their utilization in oral, Parenteral, topical, and Transdermal drug delivery systems which will highlight the potential of Nanosuspensions to revolutionize the field of pharmaceuticals. The scale-up and manufacturing challenges are discussed in the context of ensuring product consistency and quality. Looking ahead, we discuss the exciting prospects of personalized Nanosuspension-based therapies, paving the way for tailored treatments that optimize therapeutic outcomes while minimizing side effects. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of Nanosuspensions in drug delivery and to stimulate further research in this dynamic and evolving field. Keywords: .
