FORMULATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ANTI-ULCER AND ANTI-GINGIVITIS TREATMENT SOLUTION USING HERBAL THERAPEUTIC REGIMEN

Abstract

a. Background: The main purpose of this study is to develop a medication to treat a prevalent kind of gum disease: gingivitis, which arises from bacterial accumulation on the teeth. This accumulation can lead to the gums becoming inflamed, discoloured, and unpleasant to the touch because it irritates the nearby gum tissue. Gingivitis is typically treatable with routinely good oral hygiene habits. Regular dental exams may help in the early diagnosis and treatment of gum disease. Other diseases commonly affecting the mouth are oral ulcers and thrush. Thus, the preparation is intended for the treatment of such diseases including the oral ulcers too. b. Result: The developed formulation has a good therapeutic profile of combined herbal and allopathic drugs, so an effective treatment can be prescribed to patients well by doctors, and relief for the patient from the medical condition or troubles is greatly achievable through this research. The significant part is having a good therapy of medicine developed for future interest in pharmaceuticals. c. Conclusion: Herbal preparations have been the mainstay in the treatment of certain diseases because of their safety and easy availability on the market. The modern herbal preparation is designed to help the patients treat the disease efficiently and completely with ease and in a protected way of treatment. Modifications for the allopathic treatment had helped the doctors prescribe such preparations to the patients with great comfort and ease.
