. Abstract Temporomandibular common complaint (TMJ disorder) is a condition that affect the jaw joint and muscle. It can beget pain, clicking or popping sounds, difficulty opening or closing the mouth and headache. Treatment options include drug, physical therapy, life changes. Explore the colorful treatment options available, from selfcare ways like jaw exercise and hot/ cold wave remedy to professional interventions similar as dental slivers, physical remedy, and indeed surgery in severe cases.
