ESTHETIC REHABILITATION OF CONGENITALLY MISSING MAXILLARY LATERAL INCISORS–A CASE REPORT

Abstract Maxillary anterior teeth spacing is a major reason why adults are motivated to seek orthodontic or restorative treatment. Frequently, they hope a simple removable appliance or composite bonding will provide immediate and uncomplicated correction of their problem. In reality, the complexity of the treatment will depend upon the etiological factors that have resulted in this condition. Thorough diagnosis of these contributing factors is essential to the success of the treatment .This case report describes the esthetic rehabilitation and smile designing of a patient with congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisor and spacing in between the teeth using all ceramic.
