Abstract Ayurvedic science had always showcased an individualistic and unique approach towards every principle like the Prakruti, Anguli Pramana, Agni, Dosha, Dhatu etc. Each Prakruti people had different line of approach for their disease management, Ahara, Vihara etc. Each and every anthropometric measures were based on Anguli Pramana and this measure varies for each individual, as standardising the measures as a single value for every individual in the world wouldn’t do justice to all.
