. Abstract This case study investigates the effectiveness of Yashtimadhu, Haridra, Madhu, and Goghrita Lepa in treating infected wounds, referred to as Dushtan Vrana. Focusing on a specific case, the research examines the combined impact of these natural ingredients. Yashtimadhu's antiinflammatory properties, Haridra's antimicrobial abilities, Madhu's wound-soothing characteristics, and Goghrita Lepa's healing potential are explored. Results showcase a promising approach in utilizing these elements for effective wound management. The study underscores the potential of this natural combination as a valuable intervention in treating infected wounds, contributing to a nuanced understanding of alternative therapies for wound care.
