INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF FEMALE INFERTILITY (OVULATORY FACTOR) – CASE REPORT

. Abstract In ashtang ayurved aacharya mentioned bala (kaumarbhritya) division which is not possible without stree. In modern era infertility is burning issue since many years. various causes included under vandhyatva that is infertility and beeja factor (that is growth & development of ovarian follicles) is one of those. In this case study we will discuss ayurvedic approach towards beeja factor of vandhyatva. Objective: To treat infertility patient affected by beeja actor in integrative approach. Methodology: Single case study of unmarried female patient of 30yrs with primary infertility having PCOS. Treatment given - Tab Nashtapushpantak rasa 1BD; Tab Sensifol 5mg 1OD & Saminova powder 5gm BD With water (for 3 consecutive month). Successfully treated with oral medicines. Results and Discussion: Integrative that is using ayurvedic drugs with modern techniques of diagnosis we can treat the patient in more effective way. Keywords: Infertility, beeja factor, PCOS.
