. Abstract Chakras are considered to be a component of the subtle body and are said to enhance one's physical and mental well-being. The Shadchakra includes Muladhara, Swadhishtana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, and Ajna. Based on Tridosha Sidhantha, which gives Vata Dosha primary control over all bodily activities and renders Prana to livings. Life depends on the movement of energy, and the nervous system is what drives this process in the body. The somatic and autonomic nerve systems play a major role in the actions of the chakras, which regulate the body's voluntary and involuntary responses to needs.
