. Abstract This study delves into the medicinal attributes of Croton Tiglium, an esteemed herb in Ayurveda, revealing its triple-action medicament capabilities that encompass advantages for constipation, laxative joy, and potential relief from acne. The herb's historical use in addressing digestive concerns aligns with its established significance in Ayurvedic traditions, particularly in promoting laxative effects and ameliorating constipation. However, caution is imperative in its application due to its potency. While Croton Tiglium has shown effectiveness in enhancing gastrointestinal health, a notable gap exists in direct evidence supporting its efficacy in acne relief. Therefore, individuals seeking acne remedies are advised to exercise prudence and seek personalized advice from healthcare professionals or qualified Ayurvedic practitioners. The triple action of Croton Tiglium offers a distinctive fusion of therapeutic benefits, emphasizing the need forusers to prioritize safety and adhere to professional guidance. As is the case with any medicinal herb, careful consideration of individual health conditions, potential side effects, and interactions with other medications is paramount. A balanced and informed approach to exploring the potential of Croton Tiglium ensures optimal outcomes for those seeking relief from constipation, the natural joy of a laxative, and potential alleviation of acne symptoms.[1,2] Keywords: Laxative, Purgative, Acne Relief, Jayapala, Medicament.
