Abstract

These days, it's common knowledge that a sedentary lifestyle, a stressful job, altered eating habits and a higher body mass index will worsen digestive distress and result in ano-rectal illnesses. Haemorrhoids, or arsh, are a very prevalent issue that have been documented for thousands of years to have a high prevalence rate among ano-rectal illnesses. Arsh is specific to humans, as around 50% of people may at some point in their life encounter a hemorrhoidal episode. Arsha is comparable to piles or hemorrhoids. It is one of the most common illnesses that has a major effect on life quality.
