. Abstract The aim of the present study was to prepare and evaluate polyherbal gel formulation for foot care. Herbs selected for the formulation were drumstick leaves, turmeric and coffee. Suitable extraction procedures were adopted to get the extracts from the herbs. Obtained extracts were subjected to phytochemical screening to check the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, glycosides and tannins as they are responsible to show the activity. Three formulations were developed by using various concentrations of herbal extracts and freshly prepared aloe vera gel base. Developed formulations were evaluated for various parameters such as pH, viscosity, spredability and washability. Formulations were tested for antimicrobial and antifungal activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans species respectively. Out of three formulations, F3 formulation was considered as best acceptable formulation by comparing evaluation parameters and it was concluded that polyherbal formulations can fix cracked feet while providing additional care and protection with its multiple actions.
