FAST DISSOLVING TABLETS OF TENELIGLIPTIN HYDROBROMIDE HYDRATE FOR THE TREATMENT OF DIABETES MELLITUS A BRIEF REVIEW

. Abstract Diabetes mellitus is a habitual metabolic complaint characterized by high blood sugar situations. Teneligliptin Hydrobromide hydrate is an oral antidiabetic medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes. This study focuses on the development, characterization, optimization, and in vitro evaluation of fast- dissolving tablets (FDTs) of teneligliptin Hydrobromide hydrate. FDTs are designed to dissolve fast in the mouth without the need for water, enhancing patient compliance.
