PROTEIN HORMONES: GLYCOCONJUGATES INTERACTING POTENTIAL IN THE INTERACTOME OF THE BODY

. Abstract Based on our results, a universal for any protein way of identifying, obtaining and selecting the forms/group of forms of protein hormones is proposed using examples of erythropoietins with a single or limited cascade of glycoconjugates-dependent communication action integrated into human network interaction with potential anti-infective effects. The pathway involves the application of a universal method for testing the potential of therapeutic protein activities using sets of linear polymer polyvalent synthetic glycoconjugates which are soluble in water-salt compositions (www.lectinity.com). The data on multilevel asymmetry of active/activated forms of protein hormone systems are presented. It was concluded that protein hormones have the properties of promising metabolombiotics - multifunctional participants in the multi-node network protection of the body. Keywords: erythropoietins, glycoconjugates, recognition, communications, asymmetric systems. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
