Abstract

Marma Chikitsa Word Marma Comes from Sanskrit Origin "Mri" Meaning Death. It Means Death or Serious Damage to Body or Health. A Very Important Term in Ayurvedic Science, Where the Application of Pressure on Marma Points Induce to Flow Energy. Ayurveda Is a Traditional Indian System of Medicine Has Long Vast History and It Is Also Believed That Panchmahabhut Have a Great Impact on Health. In Sanskrit Means 'Hidden or Secret' In Ancient Time set Was Believed Idea About Marma Used In Battle Field To Win Against Enemies. Marma Science Is Used Both in Welfare as Well As Surgery. While Ayurveda 1s a Healing Method, There Are Several Medicines and Treatment Methods That Arose from Tradition. Master Of Kalari and Ancient Art First Discovered the Marma Point. Kalari Fighter Targeted Opponents Marma Points as A Way to Give Pain and Injury.
