. Abstract This article deals with the clinical understanding of repertory which is whatever the name of disease is, the patient shows any symptom which is rare and peculiar it is important for our prescription. Ear has two main functions in our body of hearing and balancing. Any disease realted to ear will hamper hearing and balancing of our body which may lead to further damage.[1] Chapter of ear and hearing in Repertory of our homeopathic materia medica by James Tyler Kent gives us all the symptoms related to ear and hearing.
