Abstract

HPLC SPECTROSCOPY METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR SIMULATENOUS ESTIMATION OF IBUPROFEN, PARACETAMOL, SERRATIOPEPTIDASE

Abstract

A Simultaneous estimation of RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for the estimation of paracetamol, ibuprofen and serratiopeptidase in tablet dosage form using C8,150X4.6mm, 5um with mobile phase consisting of Acetonitrile: Water (70:30v/v) and 0.1% Glacial acetic acid with a flowrate of 1.0ml/min and UV detection at 227nm. Precision of drugs was observed to be less than 2.0 of %RSD by mean of 6 determinations. Linearity was observed over the concentration range. LOD and LOQ of Paracetamol, ibuprofen and serratiopeptidase were found to be correct respectively. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines.
