The term comes from "garbha," meaning womb, and "sanskar," meaning education or nurturing. Garbhasanskar considers that the physical wellbeing, emotional state, and surroundings of a woman can exert a significant impact on the developmental process of the baby. This practice encompasses activities such as meditation, cultivating a happy mindset, and adhering to ethical principles in order to establish a nurturing environment for the fetus.
