Abstract

Plants are the medicines of nature and are used by people Earth has been for food and medicine since ancient times. The development of an existing therapeutic molecule from a traditional form to a unique delivery method can greatly increase its performance in terms of patient conformity, safety, and effectiveness. Developing such delivery methods is primarily done to reduce medication loss and degradation, avoid negative side effects, and boost bioavailability.
