LINEAR REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF DENSITIES AND REFRACTIVE INDICES WITH CONCENTRATION OF ANTI-EMETIC METOCLOPRAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE IN AQUEOUS-AMINO ACID SOLUTIONS AT 303.15 K

Abstract Present paper reports the evaluation of relation between densities and refractive indices with concentration of anti-emetic Metoclopramide hydrochloride in aqueous-amino acid solutions at 303.15 K through regression analysis using Data Analysis in Excel. The densities and refractive indices of Metoclopramide hydrochloride in aqueous-amino acid solutions were measured as a function of drug concentration at 303.15 K. The dependence of measured properties on drug concentration has been studied by linear regression analysis and corresponding regression statistics, ANOVA, coefficients, standard error, t Stat, P-value, and confidence interval reported.
