. Abstract Guggulu, a resinous extract from the Commiphora mukul tree, has been a cornerstone in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. Revered for its therapeutic properties, guggulu is widely used in various formulations to treat a spectrum of ailments, ranging from arthritis to obesity.
