This conversation will examine the existing condition of mental health, including the increasing prevalence of mental health disorders, the influence of social media on self-worth and relationships, and the repercussions of societal expectations on anxiety and depression. We will additionally investigate the significance of resilience, self-care, and community support in enhancing mental health and wellbeing.
