Abstract Cardiosperum halicacabum is Versatile Medicinal Plant used in Indian system of medicine. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized from the ethanolic extract of Cardiosperum halicacabum by an eco-friendly method and explored for possible pharmacological action. Biosynthesised nanoparticles were investigated for in vitro antioxidant activity by DPPH assay using ascorbic acid as a standard and also tested for in vitro antiinflammatory activity by protein denaturation assay using diclofenac as a standard for the assessment of anti-inflammatory potential. Biosynthesis Nanoparticles Cardiosperum halicacabum Formation Verified by Color Changes from Colorless to Reddish Brown in Color and Surface Plasmom Resonance at 400-450 nm [465 nm 0.658 Absorption] from the Studies AgNPs has (70%) Significant Anti-Oxidant and no Anti-Inflammatory Activity. Keywords: Cardiosperum halicacabum, antioxidant, DPPH assay, anti-inflammatory, Sliver nanoparticle AgNps, UV. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
