Current trends towards the achievement of higher separation efficiency and shorter analysis time. In this review, a information about HPLC along with principles, introduction. HPLC have some disadvantages because of that have to use a fresh developments in HPLC. as Nano LC, RRLC, UPLC, and UFLC. Our primary focus in this review study is on RRLC, UPLC, UFLC, and Nano LC.
