Abstract

diabetes mellitus is a group of metabollic diseases in which there are high blood sugar level over a prolongs period this high blood sugar produce the symptoms of frequent urination thirst, and increased hunger.[7] if untreated diabetes can cause many complication in include in acute that is ketoacidosis and nonketotic hyperosmolar coma. If long term complication include a heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, foot ulcer and damage of eyes for this treatment selection depend on stage of the diabetes and the individual characteristics of the patient. This article examine the general management, treatment and prevention and review the analysis data and causes and management of type 2 diabetes.[9]
