Abstract Yoga and meditation have long been recognized for their profound effects on physical, mental and emotional well-being. Recent studies suggest that these practices can play a significant role in managing and alleviating skin diseases, which are often linked to stress, inflammation and immune dysfunction. This abstract explores the connection between yoga, meditation and dermatological health, highlighting the physiological and psychological pathways through which these practices promote skin healing. Yoga postures enhance blood circulation, improve lymphatic drainage and reduce inflammation, creating a conducive environment for skin repair. Meditation, on the other hand, mitigates stress—a key trigger for conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne and hives—by modulating cortisol levels and promoting a state of relaxation. Together, yoga and meditation strengthen the mind-body connection, fostering resilience and balance that reflect positively on skin health.[1] This paper aims to present evidence-based insights into the therapeutic potential of yoga and meditation as adjunct treatments for skin diseases, emphasizing the need for integrative approaches in dermatological care. By addressing the root causes of skin conditions holistically, yoga and meditation offer a sustainable path to achieving healthy and radiant skin.[2] Keywords: Skin Health, Yoga, Meditation, Skin Diseases.
