AYRVEDIC REVIEW ON VRANAGHNA DHOOPANA AND ITS ROLE IN DIABETIC WOUND HEALING

Abstract Diabetes is a chronic condition that affects millions of people globally. One of its common complications is diabetic wounds, particularly in the feet and lower extremities. These wounds can be slow to heal due to poor blood circulation, nerve damage, and an impaired immune system. As a result, managing diabetic wounds becomes crucial in preventing infections, amputations, and other complications. Traditional and alternative healing practices are being increasingly explored, with one such method being Vranaghna Dhoopana, a therapeutic smoke used in Ayurvedic medicine.
