Abstract Nature has always been an integral part of human life, fulfilling our essential needs for survival and growth. Fundamental necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter are derived from natural resources. Additionally, maintaining good health has historically relied heavily on nature, particularly through the use of plants for medicinal purposes. For millennia, plants have served asa cornerstone of traditional healthcare systems, with their medicinal properties recognized and utilized across diverse cultures. Knowledge about herbal remedies has been preserved and passed down through generations, highlighting the enduring role of nature in supporting human health not just for its beauty, but for its ability to help with different health problems. For example, it is used in traditional medicine to treat digestive issues, such as upset stomach, and to soothe skin problems like rashes.
