Abstract

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are commonly prescribed in primary care for their analgesic, antipyretic and antiinflammatory effects. However, these are a common cause of adverse drug events (ADEs), but gastrointestinal and cardiac toxicity are better quantified than renal toxicity.[1]
