Abstract

In present scenario due to multidimensional performance of women, she faces many physical & pathological changes during each stage of life. In every women, along with menarche, menopause also play important role in her life, in both phases, a women face drastic changes in her life, as in one phase she enters in reproductive phase of life and in other phase she ends her reproductive phase of life, with the help of ayurvedic vaya sthapaka ausadhi we can smoothen these changes so that a women can easily perform their day to day activities.
