VENTRICULAR COMPLICATIONS OF CAD
Emani Sai Sri Jayanthi*, Chakravarthi Sriniketh, Santanu Mal, Gouni Vrashali and Subedar Hoque
Abstract Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) occurs when the coronary arteries become narrowed or obstructed due to the accumulation of plaque, a condition known as atherosclerosis. This restriction of blood flow to the heart muscle can cause symptoms such as chest discomfort (angina), difficulty breathing, or, in severe cases, a heart attack. CAD is one of the primary causes of illness and death globally, with risk factors including elevated cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and lack of physical activity. Prompt detection and proper treatment are essential to avoid serious health.[11] Keywords: . [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
