. Abstract The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the pharmaceutical industry has ushered in a new era of precision and efficiency. AI-driven technologies, including machine learning (ML) models such as artificial neural networks (ANN), convolutional neural networks (CNN), and deep learning algorithms, are transforming drug analysis, quality control, and process optimization. These advancements have led to improved predictions in critical pharmaceutical processes, realtime stability monitoring, and enhanced data-driven decision-making. AI’s role extends beyond automation to include predictive modeling, quality-by-design approaches, and regulatory compliance enhancement.
