Abstract The Vishuddha Chakra, one of the seven major energy centers, holds a pivotal role in both Ayurvedic and Yogic traditions, particularly in Kundalini Yoga. The Vishuddha Chakra, located at the throat, is responsible for communication, self-expression, and purification, representing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. In the anatomical context, it governs the functioning of the neck, throat, and associated glands, highlighting the intricate link between physical health and spiritual well-being.
