SOLUBLE AND IMMOBILIZED BIOSURFACTANTS OF PROBIOTIC STRAINS CULTURE FLUIDS

Abstract

Methods for the determination of soluble and immobilized associative biosurfactants of Gram positive bacteria are proposed using probiotic strains of intestinal lactobacilli and bifidobacteria as an example. The physicochemical and biological properties of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria biosurfactants were established and compared. The current classification of biosurfactants of culture fluids of the probiotic lactobacilli and bifidobacteria is given. Prospects for further research and application of Gram positive bacteria biosurfactants are indicated.
