. Abstract Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medical system, plays a crucial role in maternal and child healthcare. It emphasizes holistic well-being through preventive and therapeutic measures. This paper explores Ayurvedic guidelines on prenatal (Garbhini Paricharya), natal (Prasava Karma), and postnatal (Sutika Paricharya) care, along with neonatal and infant care (Bala Paricharya). The study highlights dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic approaches that contribute to maternal and child health. Integrating Ayurvedic principles into modern healthcare can offer sustainable and effective solutions for maternal and child wellness.
