Abstract

Vataja Grahani is a type of gastrointestinal disorder recognized in Ayurveda, often seen in individuals with erratic eating habits and high stress levels. This case study explores the successful Ayurvedic management of a chronic case of Vataja Grahani in a 66-year-old male patient, highlighting the use of classical treatments including Alepa, Basti, and internal medications.
