Abstract Fungal infections pose a significant threat to skin health, often requiring effective and safe treatment alternatives. The selected herbs— Neem, Turmeric, Aloe Vera, Tulsi are known for their broad-spectrum antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and skin-nourishing benefits. The soap formulation was developed using a cold- process method, ensuring the retention of bioactive compounds. Phytochemical analysis confirmed the presence of bioactive constituents such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins, contributing to antifungal efficacy. Additionally, pH stability, foaming ability, and moisturizing properties were evaluated to ensure consumer safety and effectiveness. The results highlight the potential of polyherbal antifungal soap as a natural, skin-friendly alternative to synthetic antifungal products. Further clinical studies and optimization may enhance its commercial viability in personal skincare and dermatological applications. Keywords: Polyherbal, Antifungal Soap, Neem, Turmeric, Aloe vera.
