Abstract

Transdermal patches are a promising drug delivery system for controlled release of therapeutics, offering advantages such as improved bioavailability and patient compliance.[1] This study focuses on formulating matrix-type patches using polymers (HPMC, Eudragit) and evaluating their physicochemical and permeation properties.[2]
