Abstract

Oral route of drug administration system remains most popular but also preferable route for the delivery of drug because it is easy administer, enhance therapeutic adherence, it also allows flexible pharmaceutical preparation among others. A variety of drug delivery approaches are commercially available for consumer use in the form of oral type of pharmaceutical administration system. The oral administration of drug is recognized as the part of predominantly efficient for administration of drug because of it offers several advantages like painless and selfadministration of the drug (Guru et al., 2015). The merits of providing a mono administration of long-acting medication rather than multiple administrations have been well recognized in the healthcare domain for a long period. Maintaining blood levels close to or similar to the drug often leads to better compliance and improved clinical efficiency (Raghav A. et al., 2022)
