Dr. Murari Sharma*, Dr. Arvind Sharma and Dr. Gulab Chand Bairwa
. Abstract In this Modern Time, stress- laden world, headache diseases are exceedingly wide and frequently seen. Although migraines mostly attract the bulk of scientific attention, they are not the most common type. Pressure- Type Headaches (TTH) and habitual diurnal headaches — although frequently disabling — tend to be less attentive. These conditions, known inclusively as headache diseases, are among the most frequent neurological issues and are frequently habitual in todays time. Ayurveda, India’s traditional medical system, dates back to around 5000 BCE. It considers the head (Shira) the most vital and important part of the living human body — called the Uttamanga as it houses all sense organs and sustains life (Prana). Ancient Ayurvedic textbooks give comprehensive descriptions and mentions of Shiroroga (head diseases), indicating that similar affections have been long conceded and leave effective treatment. This composition seeks to explore the correlation between ultramodern headache diseases and Shiroroga through Ayurvedic principles, fastening on treatment strategies and sustained relief. Keywords: .
