Abstract With the increasing global emphasis on environmental sustainable development, green analytical chemistry has become a chief objective in pharmaceutical analysis. Green validation practices aim to reduce the environmental impact of analytical procedures by minimizing hazardous chemicals, reducing energy and resource consumption, and enhancing method efficiency. This review highlights the key principles of green analytical chemistry (GAC), tools used to assess greenness, and recent advancements in the green validation of pharmaceutical analytical methods.
