. Abstract PCOD is a complicated endocrine condition that affects a woman's reproductive, mental, and physical well-being. Although hormone and metabolic problems 2have been the focus of biomedical research, new data show that psychological factors play a major role in the onset and progression of the condition. The symptoms of this disorder, which include emotional distress, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and altered self-perception, show a strong mind-body connection. From a holistic perspective, homoeopathy sees sickness as an indication of internal conflict that impacts both physical and mental well-being. According to this perspective, psychological symptoms are indicators of underlying diseases that lead to physical manifestations. This article examines the psychological components of PCOD, highlighting the connection between endocrine function and emotional states. It also outlines how homoeopathy can help restore systemic harmony by addressing the psychoneuroendocrine axis through its individual and holistic approach. Keywords: PCOS, Psychoneuroendocrine axis, women, homoeopathy, individualisation. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
